3. Pricing and Payment

  • Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of payment issues or suspected fraudulent activity.

 

4. Order Processing and Delivery

  • Once an order is placed, a confirmation email/SMS will be sent with order details.
  • Delivery timelines vary based on product type and location. Standard delivery is 3–7 working days.
  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, public holidays, or natural events.
  • Ownership of the goods passes to you upon full payment and dispatch. Risk transfers upon delivery.

  • Nira Balance is not liable for misuse of gadgets or incorrect food storage leading to spoilage.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Nira Balance shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, website access, or order processing delays.
  • Our liability for any valid claim shall not exceed the total value of the product purchased.
