At Nira Balance, your trust and wellbeing come first. Every product we offer—whether food, wellness kits, or lifestyle gadgets—is crafted and sourced with utmost care to meet our standards of safety, freshness, and quality.
If, for any reason, your experience falls short of expectations, we’re committed to resolving it swiftly and fairly.
1. Perishable Product Policy
As our food items are fresh and perishable, returns are not accepted once delivered and received by the customer.
However, if a product arrives spoiled, damaged, or compromised in quality, we will take immediate corrective action.
To ensure eligibility for support:
- Issues such as spoilage, leakage, incorrect temperature, or packaging damage must be reported within 12 hours of delivery.
- Reports can be made via the customer care.
Please note that product condition and freshness can change rapidly; beyond 12 hours, we may be unable to validate claims.
2. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
We don’t refund in any situation.
You may request for a replacement if any of the following apply:
- The product was damaged, leaking, or broken upon delivery
- You received an incorrect or missing item
- The product was spoiled or not safe for consumption at the time of receipt
To qualify:
- Raise your request within 12 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos or videos of the item and packaging as evidence
- Retain the product (unconsumed or unused) for potential inspection or pickup
Requests raised beyond the specified time frame cannot be processed, as quality assessment may no longer be reliable.
Once validated, replacements are initiated within 24–48 hours of complaint verification.

4. Exceptions
Refunds and replacements do not apply in the following cases:
- Delay in delivery due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability
- Change of mind or taste preference
- Product tampering or improper storage post-delivery
- Damage caused after successful delivery confirmation
